Tianshi Compensation Plan - In detail:

  • Retail Sales Profits

*Retail sales are the foundation of your business and every IC, regardless of rank, has the opportunity to purchase products at wholesale and either use them personally, or sell them at retail for an immediate profit of up to 25% based upon the Suggested Retail Price.

  • Personal Group Enhanced Commissions (PGEC)

In addition to the lucrative Retail Sales Profits that you can earn by purchasing Tianshi products at wholesale and re-selling them at retail, you may also earn Personal Group Enhanced Commissions on your own Personal Business Volume. As your downline grows and your Group Business Volume increases, you advance in rank and the percentage rate of PGEC that you earn on your personal sales also increases.

  • Uni-Level Compensation

*This aspect of the Uni-Level Compensation Plan represents one of the few, proven compensation plan models utilized successfully in the network marketing industry for over 25 years. It provides the stability required for a plan to be consistent. Compression is used in all phases of the WorldNet Compensation Plan.

Uni-Level Compensation is not paid out on Rapid Rewards Kit sales but is paid out on all other sales, including, but not limited to, autoship monthly orders. In addition to the basic Uni-Level payouts, Development and Leadership Bonuses are also available to qualified Independent Consultants.

Once a position has been achieved, it is retained as long as the Independent Consultant remains active. However, an Independent Consultant is paid each month based on the position for which he or she qualifies within that month. Therefore, each Independent Consultant has an “achieved” rank for recognition and a monthly “paid as” rank determined by his or her qualified position.

All qualifications are for each current calendar month.

All Uni-Level and Development Bonuses are paid monthly. Bonuses are paid on all completed sales transactions processed and recorded by the Company as of the close of the last business day of each month, Pacific time.

  • Generation Bonuses

*These Bonus Pools reward Company Leaders for their significant achievements in developing their Tianshi organizations. These Bonuses are calculated at the end of each calendar quarter and paid by the 15th of the month following the end of the calendar quarter. Generations are comprised of IC’s who have reached the position of Five Star or higher.

  • Global Sharing Bonus

The Company sets aside 5% of its global monthly sales as the Global Sharing (Honored) Bonus. After having attained the status level of a Bronze Lion IC or higher, on the condition that you qualify, you are entitled to share in the Global Sharing (Honored) Bonus. As a Global Sharing (Honored) IC you not only earn the relevant Bonus at your particular level, but you also earn the bonuses from the lower levels. All Independent Consultants of the same Global Sharing (Honored) share the bonus for that particular level. Global Sharing (Honored) Title Bonuses will be calculated monthly and paid quarterly, except for the President Lion Bonus, which will be calculated monthly and paid yearly.

  • Special Bonuses

*The Company will issue Special Rewards to outstanding Consultants chosen from qualified candidates each fiscal year.

A leg is considered"Active" when any IC in the leg has at least 50 BV Autoship or 125 Personal BV within the calendar month.

Maximum Product from on leg for qualification , 50%.

60% of the BV will be counted for Uni-Level bonus, Development Bonus and generation Bonus.

Group BV is the difference between the total network BV of an IC Bonus generated in a particular month and the total network BV generated by his/her same and higher ranked downline IC in that same month.

The company sets aside 5% of its global monthly sales as the Global Sharing (Honored) Bonus. After having attained the status level of a Bronze Lion IC or higher, on the condition that you qualify, you are entitled to share in the Global Sharing (Honored) Bonus. As a Global Sharing (Honored) Status IC you not only earn the relevant Bonus at your particular status level, but you also earn the bonus from the lower status levels. All Independent Consultants of the same Global Sharing (Honored) calculated monthly and paid quarterly, except for the President Lion Bonus, which will be calculated monthly and paid yearly.

To collect an Autoship Bonus Override of Fifty Cents ($0.50US) on up to 25 levels of Preferred Customers or other Independent Consultants with qualifying personal sales volumes in your entire sales organization, you must personally sell a minimum of $75US monthly. Further, you will only receive this bonus on Preferred Customers who have personal purchased a minimum of $75US PBV and ICs who have personally sold a minimum of $75US PBV or more. To collect an Autoship Bonus Override of Fifty Cents ($0.50US) on up to 50 levels of Preferred Customers or other Independent Consultants with qualifying personal sales volumes in your entire sales organization, you must personally sell minimum of $100US monthly. Further, you will only receive this bonus on Preferred Customers who have personally purchased of $100US PBV or more.
